A little bit of Americana
Something that used to be on many barns in the USA years ago... This was freshly painted though...

Wonder if they still sell it?
There's some really nice scenery in your neck of the woods!

Re: A little bit of Americana
I love this image because it reminds me to times gone by. I am probably one of the youngest people who remembers driving throughout America before the Interstate Highway System made traveling fast and efficient but, somewhat vanilla and a bit boring.
There were barns painted like this all over. It was like an art gallery of advertising media.
However, in the days before the Interstate Highway System, there was probably a local law officer waiting behind the bern for folks who did not immediately brake their vehicles when the speed limit changed suddenly from 55 MPH to 15 MPH. Those "speed traps" were how some local governments supported themselves.
It is bit nostalgic to think of driving in those days but, I really prefer the Interstate System....

Re: A little bit of Americana
If I can find it, I have an almost identical shot done way on back in the late 60's near Athens, Ohio.

I don't know why, but this shot has a retro feel to it. May be the colour scheme & the fonts of the advertisement.
Nice moody shot.
