New Moderator - Dave Humphries

I wanted to let everyone know that Dave Humphries now has moderator privileges within the forums. As I think you all may have noticed, Dave has been posting at an extremely high rate, and has been online often several times a day for months now. He's been a very valuable and helpful member here. I think I can speak for many others here by showing our appreciation . . . and our congratulations on the new position!

Dave can help out if there's issues with your post, inline images not showing up, reporting spammers, etc. He's new though, so please don't swamp him all at once ;).
As before, Colin Southern and I are also available to help...

You might also notice that Colin Southern's user title has been changed to "Senior Member / Administrator". This is to reflect his added administration privileges, including editing and fixing issues with user accounts, amongst other things. His account also retains all of the original moderator permissions, so he and Dave will be working as a team.

PS: Please forgive me Dave for announcing this on April Fool's Day in your time zone! It's for real... :)

Congratulations Dave, now you've more responsibilities, however I'm sure that you'll have fun.

Sincere congratulations Dave, nice to see someone to take a bit of the load off Colin and I can't think of a better suc (ahem) qualified person for the job.:D

Sadly, just a rumour - would be great to have. There was also a rumour of an overnight ferry from Nelson to New Plymouth which would also have been great for me!
