Hi ajith jayasinghe,
I like the composition alot, but the colors looked over done to me or was that your intention? There is a pink hue on the water and the boat were I assume it be white. The greens are also overdone in my opinion.

Did you attempt to edit this photo for the reflection or set the exposure just from the water? And as a consequence, the background has become over saturated.
I suspect this photo needs a bit of careful editing with layers and masks, etc, to create selective adjustments which apply different values to the water and the land. But I think it is still usable if you return to the original and start again.
