Not that I was the official photographer! These were for my own amusement, thought I'd share them here. Any comments, good or bad welcome.

The first thing that hit me was that, in #1 and #2, you have signficant light fall-off on the people at either end of the group. I see you have used a pretty heavy vignette. Maybe these need a bit of work so that the light on the skin is the same on those people as those inside them in the line-ups.

    Donald,

Thanks for you comment. They are quiet dark round the edges but these are straight out of Hipstamatic on my iPhone, all I've done is resized and slightly sharpened them. I quite like the grungy, old fashioned effect they have. I may post some shot with the 5D later, much more conventional.

    Peter,

Is that vignette being caused by a case/cover on the phone? I have seen these phones create that effect before.

    Was No 3 shot through a window/glass?

The vignette is generated by the app as is the edge effect and frame. No 3 was in low light held above my head, the strange artefacts are in fact bubbles and other peoples flashes etc.

Peter, interesting, rather like the different effects that creates. Must try an ultra slow shutter speed and bubbles next time the opportunity arises.
