    Cool Cats

At last had an opportunity to try out my new lens. I had one semi ok day. The weather in Auckland has been appalling - wet, wet, wet.

Willie or Jiro is fine by me.

I feel like I'm looking at NG stuff here, Mark. #3 is just plain stellar!

Just fooling around. I've been a manga fan since I was young.

Hi Mark, it looks like not only is your new lens a winner but you ability to capture four beautiful poses with razor sharp quality is a winner as well! Was that a fisheye lens you were using? <tounge in cheek>

All are great shots. However, I like the #3 lioness the best!

I think the 2 (#2 & #4) in which you are above and looking down, are not such strong images as the other two, where you are lower down in relation to the animal. Maybe a lesson for anyone shooting any kind of animal - wild or domesticated.

I haven't got to the stage where I'm happy to get down and dirty with tigers yet Donald.
