    Love in the Mail

I was paying a bill and I was not sure if the cost of postage has went up so i put two stamps on the envelope. In examining it closer i thought it was fortuitous for the subjects that i did that.

I used a magnifying filter and I tried to get the DOF to focus horizontally and in line with both of their eyes.

Any comments on PP comp are welcome.

    Clever idea.

I prefer the second one as not only does the aspect ration lend it it self better to the subject, but it gets rid of all the extraneous 'clutter' front and back. In the first one we also lose focus on the bodies of the figues and although the attention is the eyes, I think that is distracting.

Really nice! One can actually see the connection between the two stamps, congratulations for the perception!

Thank you Donald and Jon. I can see your point I was hoping to use the DOF in the first one to give the perception that they are looking at each other. But I do like the detail in the second. Oh well can't have it both ways I guess! Thanks for commenting.
