Any place with lakes and water surrounding with mountains and hills will give you stunning shots, mostly during the sunrise/sunset time, and UK including Scotland is full of those.

I like these a lot. Water and mountains is almost always a good mix. I like #3 best for the same reasons as Lincs1.
