    ipad colour calibration

    Hi - not sure this is the right spot on the forums but I'll try here anyway.

    Does anyone have a definitive word on colour calibration of ipads? The reason I ask is that I have read a lot on this site regarding monitor calibration and while mine at home isn't perfect, it isn't that bad either.

    When I transfer my photos to the ipad, they seem to have a bit of a yellow colour cast.

    So:
    * am I imagining things?
    * can I trust my ipad - if so then I probably need a closer look at my monitor at home.

    Anyone come across this?

    Hi Ricco,

    I've seen this with iPad II - is this what you have?

    Yes - just got one recently and uploaded a few photos.

    Where my photos look very crisp and presented well, I think the colours are a little out.

    That was my initial thought too.

    If you use a Spyder on your home monitor then you can now use it on the iPad.
