hey guys
I abused my cellphone's camera for so long that i felt sorry for it and decided to buy my first DSLR. i do not know much about the technicalities of photography ( still learning). i found this site very useful and i appreciate the efforts put into it.
i took this photo with Nikon D7000 with 18-105 kit lens ( i am testing myself here with a so so lens) and i really appreciate your comments and critique.

Bander,
You might want to refer to this post for more instruction on how to include a photo in your post.
Also, you may want to put your first name in the 'Real Name' field in your profile so that we're able to politely refer to you by name. We generally go by first names around here... we're friendly like that.
As for the photo - I like the colors and the depth of field you've got there. Definitely off to a good start with your DSLR career.
